Orders are processed within 2-3business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email & WhatsApp once your order has been dispatched, PLEASE CONFIRM IT.

We offer Standard shipping. Estimated delivery time is 1–4 business days.

3. Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location.
We offer free shipping on orders above 2000 L.E .

4. Shipping outside cairo
Shipping outside of cairo requires an order with minimum value of 600 EGP , with a 200 EGP non-refundable deposit. We deliver through Bosta.

5. Delays
While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, unexpected delays may occur due to weather, or courier service disruptions. We appreciate your patience.

6. Wrong Address Disclaimer
Please ensure your shipping address is correct. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
