One artwork, made of many small pieces
A wall grid is not a picture. It is a set of small sculptures (fiberglass, glazed ceramic or glossy resin, finished piece by piece) mounted flush against the wall in a repeating pattern. Up close you read one piece. From the other side of the room you read one composition.
Because every piece hangs on its own, the artwork is as large as the wall you give it. Nine pieces sit neatly above a console. Twelve run in a zigzag down a hallway. Thirty carry a double-height stairwell. You pick the shape, the colours and how many rows and columns, and the studio below tells you the centimetres it will take before anything is ordered.
