Six matte white domes and three in gold, hung as a three-by-three grid — restrained until the light catches the gold, and then it is the only thing in the room. Each orb is cast in fiberglass and painted by hand, one piece at a time, so no two are quite identical. They mount flush to the wall and throw a soft shadow that shifts through the day, reading as one composition rather than nine separate objects.
